A13. EEO Made Simple provides technical support for all its products. Technical support via telephone is offered to customers who purchase AAPMaker or Applicant Tracking Software (AppTrac). Those customers receive 30 days of free technical support beginning on the date of purchase. They can purchase an annual technical and functional support license which will allow them to call us at any time during the year to ask functional and technical questions relating to the software. Phone support can be obtained by calling toll free 866 433 3922 between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time. Technical questions can also be emailed to us at Support@eeomadesimple.com. Each technical support question must be accompanied by your technical license code..
