The agency must provide a PC that meets the requirement in 3.3 Scanning Station PC Minimum Requirements. You do not necessarily need to buy a new PC. DHS provides the scanner, software, and the PCI card that is installed in the scan station PC. Many agencies are using an existing worker’s PC as the scan station PC.
