Does the backyard gate need to be unlocked?
One of the best parts of this service is you dont have to be there when we are. Of course you can watch if you would like but thats up to you. If you are not going to be home on your scheduled day please leave the gate unlocked or give us a key or combination to get in. We understand sometimes you may forget to unlock the gate so we wont charge the first time this happens. Unfortunately there after we will charge our normal pick up rate.
