Does the New Law, Including the Subsidy, Apply to Group Continuation Coverage other than COBRA?
The new law, including the subsidy, applies to both federal COBRA group continuation coverage and state group continuation coverage. NOTE: The new law applies only to the state’s continuation law, not to the state’s spousal continuation law or dependent continuation law.
