Yes. The newsgroup is netscape.public.mozilla.jsdebugger and can be found on the public news server news.mozilla.org. It is mirrored on the mailing alias mozilla-jsdebugger@mozilla.org. To subscribe, send an email to mozilla-jsdebugger-request@mozilla.org with the subject “subscribe”. To unsubscribe, send a mail to the request address with the subject unsubscribe Google groups doesn’t carry the group, for some reason, but GMANE does. They call it gmane.comp.mozilla.devel.jsdebugger.
