how hard would it be to have say Google or whomever get a layer or overlay of ISP’s?

I mean in reality ..google probably knows what neighborhoods, by street and even address what ISP’s are where and who they serve.

I called a realtor down in Baytown TX and asked her if she could find me neighborhoods where FIOS was …she was like …huh.

I can’t believe there isnt an easily accessed GIS type map that shows ISP service areas.
