Had the Confederates won the American Civil War.. would the U.S had sided with the Nazis?

If the Confederates won, there probably wouldn’t have been Nazis. WW1 was a war between imperial powers in Europe and one in which the U.S. should never have been involved. If the Confederacy had won, the U.S. wouldn’t have been a great military country. Without U.S. involvement, the war would have drawn to a stalemate. Germany would not have been humiliated and punished and there would have been no basis for a dictator to rise in democratic Germany. Therefore, there would have been no Nazis and no WW2. Lincoln, in my opinion, did great harm to the country by forming a strong federal government. Remember, the only reason Lincoln freed the slaves was in hope that they would rebel against the south. Slavery was at an end anyway. If you want to blame anyone, other than Hitler for the Nazi’s, blame Lincoln.
