Has anyone ever suffered a trapped nerve in the upper spine ?
Mine is not in the upper spine but I have 4 bad discs in my low back and two of the are completley collapsed, Will be having surgery on sept, 8th to cut the bone away from the nerves,, Yes and alot of misery in my back,, I also have a metal plate in my neck from ruptered discs,they removed the discs in C-4 and C-5 and Fused them together, the pain clinic can offer you shots to ease the pain but it never helped me much, I wish you good luck because pain is no laughing matter,
