Yes. A model appears in the FSA Handbook as an appendix to Volume 6. This agreement is a suggested model for developing a written agreement between a school and a federal, state, or local public agency, or a private nonprofit organization that employs students participating in the FWS Program. As stated in the model, schools and agencies or organizations may devise additional, or substitute, paragraphs consistent with the statute and regulations and may add any pertinent information that orients the agreement towards community service.
