How are teams organized?
Grade coordinators establish the teams. Keeping teams balanced in terms of numbers, ability, gender while trying to honor requests for teammates is a challenge. Generally teams begin by be organized according to neighborhoods. In many instances, teams set up in grade 1 stay together for a number of years. However, in an effort to balance all teams, sometimes team changes occur.
