How are the fees determined at the Mark Wentworth Home and will they increase?
The monthly service charge includes three meals a day plus snacks, routine maintenance, housekeeping, utilities, basic cable TV and 24 hour staffing. Fees are generally reviewed annually and may increase 4-7% or according to the rate of inflation. A 30 day written notice will be provided before any change is made in the fees.
