How are upgrades handled?

This practice will continue with the web-based IEPWriter and is included with your initial and subsequent years’ fees. Leader Services will upgrade IEPWriter software as needed. All of your users will automatically and transparently be upgraded at once.
Upgrades are applied at the central server and are immediately available free to all subscribers – no installation hassles, no fees, no downtime. Your Rosy application is always technologically up to date without buying or installing new software. My employees aren’t computer experts! No problem, they don’t have be. Rosy provides complete training and support. Rosy is so easy to use that most employees become proficient in just a couple of hours. The browser-based screen format is familiar to web users everywhere. All parts of the system are clear and logical, written in plain language, with pop-up screens to assist you.
