How can I claim my missing Qmiles for partners and how long will it take before the missing miles are credited to my account?

Privilege Club will accept missing Qmiles request for airline partner transactions only. Please contact membersvc@qmiles.com and provide your original ticket and boarding pass. Claims can be made up to 6 months after the date of travel. All other partner claims must be sent directly to the relevant partner. Partner claims require authorisation from the relevant partner. For non-airline partners where Qmiles have not been credited to your account six weeks from the date of the transaction, please send a copy of the itemised bill along with the completed form to the relevant partner. All forms and contact details for each partner are available at www.qmiles.com/missing_partner_qmiles.html under the Partners section. To ensure your Qmiles are correctly credited to your account, please provide your Privilege Club membership number when using the services of any of our partners.
