How can I lose 10 pounds of stomach fat in one week?
Hi no chance in one week, but i found the best and by far the quickest way of burning fat, was to go for a run in the morning before eating ( I know its really hard!) but trust me it will work. Dont over do it stop as many times as you have to but complete your route of around a mile to start of with. By doing it early it kick starts your metabolism and your body will have to burn your fat for energy quicker as you have no food inside of you and low blood energy levels. Stay hydrated too and it is very important to stretch before and after to prevent muscle pain and injury do it for a month 3-4 days a week and i promise you will see a difference it worked for me i lost around 6-8 lbs in one month i only weighed 165 lbs and am 5 ft 10 good luck. DONT EAT AFTER 6 PM EITHER!!!
