Hello. Get moving at least twenty minutes a day, take a walk, get that heart rate up. Add a salad to every meal. You will be adding nutrition as well as a digestive aid and it may make you feel full faster. Drinking water regularly will also aid digestion. Diets are not a long term solution because often folks gain all the weight back when they return to old eating habits. Change your relationship to food. What do you eat and when? Does it taste good or is it good for you? The body has definite nutritional needs. Start to figure them out and let them guide you to preparing meals.
I follow just one diet every day. I don’t eat pork ever. That’s why I eat only chicken meat and salat. And I like to make exercise three times a week in a gym. Always after training, I squat and time on the online stopwatch. I use a simple timer and wait for the end. Every time I try to improve my result.
