There are many ways to lose weight. It depends on a many factors. You may be overweight because of health problems, or through a wrong lifestyle, for example. The method of weight loss depends on it. If this is due to the wrong way of life, then sports and diets will be enough to lose weight. But if this is due to, for example, hormone problems, then you will need extra treatment. My sister she underwent a course of hormone therapy. You can read this to learn more.

Hello! When I was full and did not know how to lose weight, I turned to a nutritionist. She advised me to go in for sports and change the food which I eat. Now I have a diet and eat chicken meat once a day, but every day. I buy chicken meat wholesale in Eupoultry, they have fresh meat and it is good. And go to the gym three times a week.

From personal experience, I would recommend the Keto diet. It is a low-carb, moderate-protein, high-fat diet that not only helps you lose weight but it also betters your sleep, clears your head, and gives you more energy. It is not necessarily just a diet, but a lifestyle change. Many people are very misinformed about Keto and will tell you it’s bad for you. But I’ve done the research and it’s worked for everyone I know. What we have been taught about fat is wrong. Fat does not cause heart disease and clogged arteries: sugar and carbohydrates do. When your body runs out of carbohydrates to burn for fuel your body will begin to produce ketones as a substitute (it is what they are made for and yes, our bodies have a back up plan). Your body will then begin to burn fat for energy. This is why it’s a high fat diet. You need to replenish the fat you are burning. If you become a “strict” keto-er, you stay under 20g of carbs per day and almost zero sugar. Because we don’t absorb fibre, you would subtract the grams of fibre from the total carbs (as shown on food packages) and that is your net grams of carbs. If you stay under 20g per day you will lose weight and you will lose it fairly quickly (it is not unhealthy if you lose it this way). I lost 34lbs in three months and have maintained it without exercise (although you should still exercise regularly for good health). This diet was started to treat children with epilepsy, and, more recently, studies have shown that some diabetics have been able to stop taking their insulin as a result of this diet. If you want to know more, pick up a book that is based on science or simply research online. Good luck!
