Breads which are 100% whole grain are marked with a “©” on our menu, and marked with a “whole grain” sticker on the bread sign in the store. These breads are 100% whole grain, and sweetened with either honey or molasses. Our freshly milled flour uses 100% of the wheat berry – ALL of which ends up in your loaf, for the absolute best fiber and nutrition!!!
