It is not possible to transcode MIDI files in another audio format directly or to create an audio CD with them. In order to handle this issue please follow these steps: • Put your Soundcard into record mode • Doubleclick on the speaker symbol in the task tray • Go to Options – properties – mark the Record tab (be sure to choose the wavemix, stereomix or “What you hear” option, depending of your soundcard) • Open and prepare Nero WaveEditor – Activate the record button. – Make sure that the incoming signal is not distorted. – Disable the digital monitoring. – Start the record. Playback the midi files with Nero Showtime. They will now be recorded with the WaveEditor. Edit now the recorded file (cutting the silence at the beginning, compress, normalize and so on) and save it in the suitable audio format (wav, mp3, mp4 etc.).
