Unlike some diets which are very restrictive (e.g., ruling out all or almost all carbs), BALANCED BODY SYSTEM is balanced. Other nutrition plans recommend the wrong fuel ratio for most genetic types and this includes most people who need/want to lose weight. Some plans give you a specific caloric intake per day, but don’t give instructions in terms of when, and in what combinations, to eat those calories, so they don’t protect against glycemic overloading. No plan with the BBS involves deprivation or eliminating certain foods. Portion sizes are reasonable and you can still have all your favourite foods when you learn the right quantity and timing for your body.
