Most Windows PC’s manufactured in recent years have Windows Media Player installed. You may need to update your Windows Media Player if it is an older version. Links to download free Windows Media Player and free Adobe Reader are available from the Test Your System screen on the online seminar site. Windows Media Player and Adobe Reader can also be downloaded here. Follow the instructions on the screen to download the programs you need to use the online seminar site. Once you have downloaded the programs, you will need to find the file you downloaded on your hard drive or network and doubleclick it. This will launch the installation process for the program. Follow the instructions on the screen. Once installation has finished, the download is complete.
