How do I enroll in Sequoia Choice – Arizona Distance Learning?
To enroll go to the Enrollment Form page in the section Prospective Students and fill out the forms. You can submit these electronically or print them on your printer and mail them in. You must be 18 to enroll yourself; if you are younger than 18, a legal guardian must enroll you. You will receive notification that your enrollment has been received. A teacher will then contact you through email and will also call you to conduct a phone conference.
