To get technical support or be eligible for version upgrades after the expiration of the complimentary two months support and maintenance period, you must subscribe to the WinDriver/KernelDriver annual Upgrade & Support plan. You can subscribe to this plan from the On-Line Store (when purchasing the subscription with the original license purchase) or from our On-Line Support Store, or download a relevant order form from our site and email it to: sales@jungo.com or Fax it to: +972-9-885-9366 (US toll free Fax number: 1-877-514-0538).
