A. Open the appointment and make changes to the Appointment and Attendee Availability tabs as you would normally do. To change Cisco Unified MeetingPlace settings, select the MeetingPlace tab, select the Meeting Settings tab, and make the appropriate changes. Click Send Update when finished.
