How do I view images of posted checks, deposited checks and deposit slips?
You can view images of your checks and your deposit slips on your checking and savings accounts for 180 days after they post to the account. Images of deposited checks are available for 90 days after the deposit posts to the account. You can access images of posted transactions after 7 a.m. local time the day the transaction posts to your account. Please note: Images are not available through Online Banking from 9 p.m. ET (6:00 p.m. PT) on Saturday to 10 a.m. ET (7 a.m. PT) on Sunday. You can view images of your posted checks and deposit slips from your checking and savings accounts as far back as 180 calendar days. You can access images to posted transactions after 7:00 a.m. local time the day the transaction posts to your account. However, images are not available through Online Banking from 9:00 p.m. EST (6:00 p.m. PST) on Saturday to 10:00 a.m. EST (7:00 a.m. PST) on Sunday. There is no fee for viewing posted checks or deposit slips.
