How do muslims worship allah?
For Muslims, any act that is not prohibited, and is done with Allah in mind, is an act of worship. Feeding one’s family is an act of worship. Working at one’s job is an act of worship. Exercising is an act of worship. Even marital intimacy is an act of worship, if done in a halal (allowed) way and prefaced by the mention of Allah. The formal worship which Muslims perform five times per day is called Salat.
