Lease-a-House.com provides a listing calculator to Sellers recommending a 25% rent credit for the life of the term and a 3% option consideration. We believe this offers incredible value to the potential buyer while covering the ownership costs for the seller. Some sellers have been known to offer as much as 100% rent credit in the first year, and none in subsequent years. We rarely see option consideration amounts larger than 8%.
