How do the plastic bins work?
We deliver your produce in heavy-duty plastic bins that protect the freshness of the produce and we request that you put the plastic bin out for pick up on your next delivery day. Each customer is assigned two heavy duty plastic bins. These plastic bins are rotated with your delivery. If you forget to place out your plastic bin, we will deliver your next order in a cardboard box. If we are unable to collect your bins after several deliveries, we will charge you for the bins. On your first delivery there is a refundable $10 deposit charged for the plastic bins. If you choose to cancel service and return the bins you will be issued a credit for this deposit.
