How Do You Clean A Dell Flat-Screen Monitor?
Unlike the traditional large, glass-screened computer monitors used in the past, many desktop computers now come with a lightweight flat-screen design that takes up only a fraction of the space of the older model computer monitors. Dell is no exception, and in fact, nearly all of their desktop computer packages come with a flat-screen monitor. Unlike the traditional glass screen, these flat-screen monitors are made of a lightweight plastic frame. Turn off the monitor, and dust the Dell monitor with a dry microfiber cloth. Rinse the cloth under room-temperature tap water, and squeeze out all excess water from the cloth. Unplug your Dell monitor, and wipe the damp cloth over the monitor. Dry the monitor with a clean microfiber cloth. Wipe the screen with a special screen cleaning wipe when the damp cloth does not remove all buildup. A small pack often comes with your Dell monitor, or you can purchase wipes from your local electronics store. Let the Dell monitor air dry before plugging it
