How Do You Draw Faces Looking Up?
“Hi, I’m Bill Connolly, your artist extraordinaire, and today we’re going to learn how to draw faces looking up. First, we’re going to start with our materials, which is a pen for the line drawing, and a couple of different shades of flesh tone. We’ll throw in a red there, maybe pink. Next, we’re going to have our eraser, gotta have the eraser in case you need to make some adjustments. And, let’s get started. Step one, we’re going to look at the face looking up. I’m going to draw a basic outline of the face. What I’m going to do is make this person really looking up. We have the basic shape of the face, start off with a circle. I’m going to make the underside of the nose looking here, the very, just the edge of the eyes. You can see they’re looking up, like at a UFO, something in the sky, and I’ll draw a flying saucer up top, in the distance. And, everything on the bottom is going to be longer.
