Jumeirah Beach is very loonng… which area are you asking for? There is free access beach, next to Burj Al Arab Hotel. By that area, you can get a clear shot of Burj Al Arab itself for photo and people always go picnic there. There is Jumeirah Beach Park which you pay Dhs 5/- to enter which offer the facility like toilet, shower, BBQ grill and restaurant. It has its timing which I am not sure, so I will leave it blank. Monday is the women only day. FYI And also you can access by staying in such a hotel like Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Royal Mirage, Oasis Beach Hotel, Dubai Marine etc… They are expensive, of course, so dont ask me cos I’m poor haha. Oh, if you go have brunch in Oasis Beach Hotel, you can also access the beach cos the brunch is on the beach itself!
