How Do You Make Animal Print Coasters?
Many people love adding a touch of animal print to their decor for an exotic touch. Pillows, throws and rugs are easily found in cheetah, tiger or zebra patterns. You can also make animal-print coasters for your cocktail parties, with just some simple crafting supplies from your craft center.Kids will be able to help you with this project since a sewing machine is not needed. Select an animal print of your choice. Pick a coordinating felt to match. If there is brown in your animal print, select a matching brown. Set the large-mouth jar mouth-side down onto your felt fabric. Trace a circle around the mouth onto your fabric. This will be the base of your coaster. Cut the circle out of the felt. Take the felt circle and place it on top of the animal-print fabric. Trace with your fabric pen around the felt circle. Cut the circle out of the animal-print fabric.
