How do you make the Italian combo sauce on the Italian combo from panera bread?

Panera has not disclosed exact recipe for Italian combo sauce. However, it does contain soybean oil, water, mustard, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, corn starch-modified, and prepared horseradish. ChaCha all day!
