This article assumes that you are using Windows Vista homoe premium. To add a user click on the start menu and then go to the control panel and select the user accounts icon. Click on the user accounts icon. Next select manage another account. You should see a link to set up parental controls toward the bottom of the screen. Once you click this select which user account you set up for your child. At this point you should be within the user controls of the account you are setting parental controls on. Make sure you have the “ON” radio button under Activity reporting. To view a list of the most recent 10 web sites visited by your child select view activity report under the user icon.
