A. The feng shui compass is read from the inside of your house facing outside through your main door. This is done inorder to determine which direction your house is facing. Once the reading is taken from the inside, then you must take another reading from the outside looking in. This means that you now have your back towards the door and you are looking inside the house. Again there are many electromagnetic fields that may disturb the reading of the feng shui compass, hence why you are required to take multiple readings. Next you will need your home’s blue prints so that you can pin point the exact center of your space, also known as the heart or yin-yang point. From this point, you can now determine the feng shui ba gua and begin mapping out the spaces of your life.
