How Do You Use Hair Bleaching Cream?

If skin burns or turns red, swollen or itchy, discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional. Wash the area with a gentle cleanser and cool water. Dry thoroughly. Combine the ingredients from the skin bleaching kit into a plastic or ceramic bowl.
