How does JurisTemps implement its screening process?
Because our recruiters know that JurisTemps is only as good as its candidates, we take great care in our applicant screening and skill assessment program. In addition to careful resume review, each applicant spends roughly one hour with a member of our recruiting staff, and is contacted afterwards with follow-up questions as applicable. References and state licensure are extensively checked by professional recruiters, and specific testing is available for secretarial and paralegal candidates. All applicants are required to submit a list of three professional references, a driver’s license and a social security card.
