How does the KOBASTONE Overlay flooring system compare to Stamped Concrete?

0

When a person decides to install stamped concrete, they actually have to have the cement poured and stamped before the concrete is set up. It should also be resealed every 1-2 years depending on how well it was sealed from the beginning. KOBASTONE is a thin layer of Concrete that can be applied directly over the existing concrete pad or flooring. In the case where the existing concrete would have any type of cracks, we repair those before putting our overlay product down to ensure those cracks will not show through. There is no need to break up existing concrete and re-pour, not to mention – a fraction of the cost! Because we do not have to use any stamps, there are no repeating patterns and any design or color is possible. Also, depending on how often the customer would like their flooring maintained or resealed, KOBASTONE can be sealed to satisfy the expectation of our customers.
