How does this process work if an agency contracts with another agency or provider of services in the OMRDD system?
If the contractor operates services that are certified by OMRDD, or home and community based waiver services, family support services, individual support services or Medicaid Service Coordination and the contractor is complying with the criminal history record check requirements with regard to the employees utilized under contract, the agency with which it contracts does not have to request criminal history record checks.
