For shippers that do not have an account with us we request a deposit. As a rule it is 75% of the estimated shipping charges based on W/M provided in your booking request. The deposit will be applied to the final cost of your shipment.After we receive the security deposit, we require at least one business day to initiate the booking request, schedule the shipment and e-mail our instructions to the consigner. Normally the shipper should fill out the Quick Booking form online 3-4 business days before their intended shipping date.
