do not eat late eat smaller meals drink water low salt/sodium-bloats you decrease carb and fat intake-tummy grabs eat lean protein vegetable & fruit-look them up, not all are so great (broccoli and apples are good) You can do 500 crunches a day but if you eat bad, you will keep a layer of fat on your tummy, and the ‘abs’ will be hidden underneath no matter what you do. You must eat properly. Burn fat through cardio and low weight training. Thighs you have to do the hard work, lunges, squats, run stairs. Walking at a fast pace, swing arms, tuck in tummy, stand up straight, go up and down hills, can be good for both tummy and thighs.
