How is a complaint filed?
All Complaints to be filed before the Board should be typewritten, photocopied or printed neatly and legibly on one side of white paper and every page should be consecutively numbered. The Board will accept Complaints filed with a Computer Disk or through Electronic Media on such terms and conditions as the Board may specify. The contents of the Complaint should be divided appropriately into separate paragraphs, which shall be numbered serially. The Complaint should be accompanied by such documents, supporting data and statements as the Board may specify.
