How is accrued compensatory time for a termination paid?

The Kronos supervisor inputs pay code 805 (comp time paid) and the number of hours to pay in the Pay Code column in Kronos. The compensatory time bucket has to have that number of hours available to be able to use pay code 805.

What happens to my accrued unused paid time off (vacation, administrative leave, and personal holidays) once I have received my layoff notice?
What happens to compensatory time accrued when the new Time & Labor system goes "live?" How does it get entered into the new system?
May an employee substitute paid leave (annual, personal, sick leave or compensatory time) for furlough leave?
