How long does activation take?
Activation is very simple and takes only a few seconds on the Internet. You only need to activate FrameMaker, RoboHelp, or Adobe Captivate to activate the entire suite. Acrobat 9 Pro Extended cannot be activated on its own. To activate Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, you must first activate FrameMaker or any of the other products in the suite. If you do not have Internet or e-mail access, you should click the phone icon during the activation process, and choose a toll-free number from the multiple region and language preferences. You can then activate the software using our automated voice response system. If you still have difficulties, you will have the opportunity to speak with an activation agent at the end of the call.
