Since Vizslas aren’t a very popular breed, you should look up breed clubs at www.AKC.org. They have the listings of the National (also referred to as Parent) Club. You can contact the National Club’s secretary, and get referred to you State’s Club secretary, who usually knows which breeders have pups available. As far as cost goes, the people that breed a dog that isn’t a very popular breed have the same costs to exhibit their animals, as well as clearing them medically from congenital conditions. You may find that they are a bit pricey, but you are also dealing with a breeder that is devoted to their breed, and you should receive a healthy dog, that has had its ancestry cleared from congenital defects.
