How much is the shipping cost, and how is it determined?
Shipping prices are product-based. When you select the product(s) you wish to purchase, fill out the form. Standard shipping fees are on the price list. Note: Shipping from Hawaii is usually twice this much, however, Richway USA has generously cut the prices so as they are not exorbitant. Each item has a separate fee, so add them together. We will check your order, to verify your shipping total and order confirmation. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. We try to ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment yet shipping may take up to 14 days. We ship UPS, to physical addresses only. This is for your protection, and to protect the product. A signature will be required for delivery. This is in your best interest. We cannot deliver to (PO Box) Postal Boxes.
