How should T2 (ICT) salary be computed?

0

For Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfers), the salary may be paid in the United Kingdom or abroad. UKBA will take account of: • basic pay (• excluding overtime); and • allowances (including daily payments to • cover additional cost of living whilst in the United Kingdom but not including expenses to cover travel between the source country and the United Kingdom). However, in the case of allowances made available solely for the purpose of accommodation, and whether such allowances are made available in cash or in kind, this element of the salary package must not account for more than 30% of the total gross salary package.
