How to book an award night in the Americas, Asia, Australia and in South Pacific?
If you would like to make an award request for a hotel stay in in the Americas, Asia, Australia and in South Pacific there are two steps that you need to take. You will need to make a reward booking through your member site and then order a certificate for that stay. Your Gold Points will be deducted from your membership account when your request for a certificate is confirmed. Please note that reservations for these destinations must be made with a minimum of 14 days in advance and a certificate must be ordered prior to travel. Please note that these certificates are not refundable.
