How to setup SMTP server to send email notice?

Just like you setup Microsoft Outlook or other email client software, you need setup SMTP server in order to send out email from your computer. Normally, your ISP (Internet Service Provider) will provide SMTP server info to you. Please look at the web site of your ISP for SMTP info. If you like to use Gmail SMTP server, you can fill in as: SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com SMTP port: 465 or 587 Authentication required, fill in your email address and password Enable SSL. Here is an example: (Click on following image to display a full resolution image) After filling in the SMTP server info, please click on the button to send a test email. Please note that Yahoo email DOES not provider a SMTP email server, they only allow you to send and recieve email from inside a web browser, unless you have a paid version of yahoo email account.
