Mornings have been a mess for me lately. I wake up feeling groggy, rush through breakfast, and still end up forgetting things or feeling behind before the day even starts. I want to create a calm morning routine, maybe 20–30 minutes that help me wake up fully and start focused. I’ve read tons of advice online, but it often seems too complicated or unrealistic for someone like me who isn’t naturally a morning person.
