How will evaluations will be conducted?
Dr. Cutler will construct surveys, focus group questions, or personally conduct interviews to assess the obstacles to information flows faced by stakeholders. Interviews will be conducted with selected experts to learn if a diversity of obstacles will warrant focus groups or surveys. Follow-up focus groups of stakeholders: clients, practitioners, administrators, technologists, and case workers are probably the quickest and cheapest method to learn if successes were achieved. It only takes one case to prove the concept and, thus, make a success. Program/Project Funding Plans To whatever grant amount is awarded, a handful of TCRC volunteers will contribute the equivalent of over $10,000 ($60/hour x 6 system designers/programmers x 30 hours) in software programming, system design, and peer-to-peer network development.
